This document is our terms and conditions policy. This protects our marketing agency and the client who voluntarily decides to partner with our company. This document will highlight our policy contract and explain our agency's responsibilities, the services that we offer, and the results we will deliver. This document also covers the client’s responsibility. This is a mutual partnership, we do not work for you, correction; we work with you. We will do our part to the best of our abilities but this standard will only be met if the other party (the client) does his/her part. This is a partnership.
CLAUSE 1:
Our agency offers a variety of services. We do not guarantee any expected results or expectations that we do not have control over. The only guarantee we promise is the result of our finished work. We promise to deliver on the projects, and once they are finished, it is up to the market and organic algorithm for you to get engagement or a following. We do not ensure/cover that you will achieve any of the following: engagement, leads, customers, popularity, search click results, CTA action results, purchasing products, booking services, and phone calls/messages.
CLAUSE 2:
Our agency dublinmarketingagency.ie strictly will not tolerate or publish the following services we offer: advertising that leads to one of these agendas, web designs that lead to one of these agendas, social media accounts that lead into these agendas, social media posts that lead into these agendas, social media videos that lead into these agendas, social media stories that lead into these agendas, social media highlights that lead into these agendas, CTA actions that lead to these agendas, Flyers that lead into one of these agendas, business cards that lead into one of these agendas.
The following agendas that we will strictly not tolerate are: sexual exploitation, underage children, illegal substances, firearms, political disagreement, religious disagreement, animal cruelty, human cruelty, hostage humans, animal hostages, riot planning, terrorism planning, violent assembly, human torturing, animal torturing, illegal products, child grooming, human grooming, animal grooming illegal services.
CLAUSE 3:
The following clause will highlight what services we offer, and what our responsibilities and guarantees are. Here is the list of services we offer and our responsibility, which also covers the client’s responsibility: Web design. Our responsibility is that we will create a website for you, and register the preferred domain weather its (.ie) or it’s (.com ) we will design and publish it exactly how the client wants to. The client's responsibility: We will ask various questions which include: color aesthetics, logo aesthetics, pain points/dream state of current customers, demographic information about target audience, product point selling, product/services pricing, and website name. This is the client's responsibility/part. Social media management: Our responsibility is to come up with the content topics, edit the videos/create posts, come up with the captions/#, and record the raw videos. The client's responsibilities are to post the content as giving set time from us, add music, alt text, and the caption to the post as giving command from us. This is the client's responsibility. We cover these social media management client’s responsibilities, but we charge extra. If the client does his part, his work/responsibility is free of charge, and will only be charged for our responsibilities. We offer advertising. We will do: scripts for the ad, copy, record the raw video, edit/create the finalized video/picture, come up with the cta, and build a landing page. The client's responsibilities are: to post the ad, post the captions and address the cta link, speak the script on camera, and knock on doors in real life for field target market research. We cover these advertising client’s responsibilities, but we charge extra. If the client does his part, his work/responsibility is free of charge, and will only be charged for our responsibilities.
CLAUSE 7
If a client agrees to pay full price for ad services our responsibility (as listed on clause 3) but refuses to contribute and refuses to pay Meta/Google their daily budget, We will still deliver our work/responsibly but without any ad budgets the ads can not be activated and this is 100% the clients responsibility.
CLAUSE 8
The ad budget is 100% separate and it's a fee the client has to pay to Meta/Google. THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH US. We will set the budget price, as shown for the ad budget signature.
CLAUSE 9
Our staff will never disclose personal/confidential information to our clients such as our religion, political views, IDs, home address, etc. Unless there is legal law enforcement involved.
CLAUSE 10: Deposit Policy (One-Time Insurance Payment)
To protect the time, labour, and resources of our agency, we require a €100 deposit (referred to here as a "service insurance fee") before beginning any project where the client chooses to pay upon delivery.This fee ensures a level of commitment from both parties and allows us to begin work in good faith.If the client proceeds with the full service and completes payment in full, this €100 will be deducted from the total or refunded in full, depending on the agreement.If the client chooses not to proceed after the work has been completed, the €100 will be retained by the agency to cover time, labour, and opportunity cost.⚠️ This deposit is a one-time courtesy per client.
If a client has previously paid a deposit and declined to proceed, any future projects will require full payment in advance before services are rendered.
